(1) Within three days of the completion of the purchase agreement, the related body shall post the notice on its notice board and arrange for it to be posted on the notice board of the District Development Committee, District Administration Office, Treasury and Accounts Controller's Office as well.
(2) The concerned body may make arrangements to place the notice as per sub-rule (1) on such website if it has its own website and if not on the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office.
(3) In addition to what is mentioned in Section 60 of the Procurement Act, in the notification under sub-rule (1), the date of publication of the notification regarding the promissory note, proposal or sealed bid, the name of the newspaper, the number of the notice, the subject of purchase, the name and address of the contracting promissory note, proposer or sealed bid deed and The price of the contract should be disclosed.
